Refund policy :

Every effort we made to service and orders placed. As per the specification and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen situations or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped and delivered then  it shall be considered as cancelled, and amount paid by customer is refunded.

Products delivered and accepted to customer cannot be refunded. In case, customer feels that the delivered product is not as per the requested order specifications, you should intimate within 12 hrs to Jyothi Naturals.  After due analysis, if any obligation is identified and accepted by Jyothi Naturals the refund will be initiated, and that will be take 7-15 business days to process.

Jyothi Naturals are responsible for when the payments are received and traceable in the account statement. Payments are operated through payment gate ways, Sometimes the errors may occur at the payment gateway. Payment issues and failures related to the payment gate ways NOT the scope of the Jyothi Naturals.  The payment gateway companies usually process the refund within 7-15 days.

If the amount has been deducted and the ordered is not confirmed, please do contact your respective bank, it takes 07 business days reverse or as per your respective bank/ payment gate way policy. If the money was not returned in stipulated time customer can contact Jyothi Naturals. 

Product damaged during transit:

 Product damaged or missing during transit, if the customer informs that the product was delivered in damage condition within 06 hrs of the receipt of the product, it shall be examined by Jyothi Naturals and courier services, replacement may be takes place after establishment of the damaged product was delivered within 10 – 15 business days.

Cancellation policy:

Jyothi Naturals here to helping customers in the comfort of choosing the products and easily change the order as far as possible; Therefore, Jyothi Naturals provided a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

Shipping & Payment Policy:

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. Customer will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when the customer place order in the website. Customer need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so,
